The 7th Annual Vanport Jazz Festival promises to be another great festival experience. This year’s lineup will be world class, and we’re looking for quality vendors.
August 2nd and 3rd, 2024
Friday: 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 11AM - 10:00 PM (doors at 10:30 AM)

ROSE FESTIVAL CITYFAIR
Taking place over 3 weekends in May and June, we are looking for 13 local vendors to participate each weekend.
Vendors are encouraged to sign up for one full weekend, two weekends, or all three.
*Vendors must sign up by weekend (Friday-Sunday), single day applications will not be considered.
Market Dates:
May 24th – May 27th
May 31st – June 2nd
June 7th – June 9th
Application Deadline:
On or before April 19th, 10 p.m.

Price breakdown:
Weekend cost:
One 6 ft table = $200 / weekend
Two 6 ft tables (Only 4 spots available) = $275 / weekend
All 3 weekends (discounted rate):
One 6 ft table = $185 / weekend (Total: $555)
Two 6 ft tables (Only 4 spots available) = $260 / weekend (Total: $780)
VENDOR SPACE
13 vendors will share a 20 x 60 ft tent each weekend.
Depending on how many tables vendors reserve, vendors will have at least 6 x 4 ft area to display and store product.
